Join our Listening Group
At MidCoast Assist, we’re always looking for ways to do things better, and your 'two cents worth' is invaluable to us. That’s why we run a Listening Group, so we can listen and learn from you about how we can improve our services.
Who can join?
- Anyone who receives a service from us can be a member of the Listening Group
- There are about 6 people in the group at any time, and we’d like to make sure this includes people who use a range of our services, people with different goals, and a mix of women and men of all ages
- Under 18’s can join too, with approval from your parent or guardian
What's involved?
- We’ll get together twice each year for a couple of hours, at our Forster Community Centre
- A facilitator will make sure everyone has a chance for their ideas to be heard, and will ask you what things you’d like to discuss
- Your ideas will be written down so we can use them to make important improvements to our services
For more information about how the Reference Group will operate, please read the Terms of Reference(PDF, 280KB) document.
