MidCoast Assist is an aged care and disability support service operated by MidCoast Council. Our team of friendly professionals who have been providing a wide range of support services to the local community for over 20 years. We're local and we're here to stay.

We are a registered provider of aged care services through the Department of Health and a registered provider of disability supports through the NDIS. We offer support for older people, their carers, and those living with disability across the MidCoast Region.

Council's goal in operating MidCoast Assist is to provide a quality aged care and disability support service to our community. In the MidCoast Region, 8.2% of us live with disability and need assistance compared to the regional NSW average of 6.3%. In addition, 29.9% of us are aged 65+, compared to the regional NSW average of 20.4%.

Our mission? To support individuals to lead the lives they want and stay connected with their community.

At MidCoast Assist we take a simple step-by-step, personalised approach that is tailored to your individual needs. We place a high priority on getting to know you and what's important to you, with regular face to face contact. Our staff are fully qualified, caring and helpful, and are there to assist you every step of the way. Find out more by taking a look around our website or contact us today.

Midcoast Assist acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and live, the Gathang-speaking people and pay our respects to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people who now reside in the MidCoast Council area. We extend our respect to elders past and present, and to all future cultural-knowledge holders.
