From time to time our centres run special offers that you may be eligible to take part in.  

Have a Seat on Us

Our current “Have a Seat on Us” promotion is available from our Stroud centre only, at this stage.

Take 5 bus trips with us, then travel on your 6th is free.

To participate, please ask at our Stroud centre for your loyalty card.  You will also need to be registered with MyAgedCare for social group outings. Kathy at our Stroud office can assist you with this process.

Each time you attend a Group Outing through our Stroud Centre, have your card initialled. Once you have all five panels marked off by a staff member, the travel component of your next Group Outing will be free.

Conditions:

  1. Offer is open only to clients who are registered through MyAgedCare for services with MidCoast Assist, and valid only for Group Outings organised through MidCoast Assist in Stroud.
  2. To be eligible to claim “Free Travel” on a Group Outing, a completed loyalty card must be presented at the time of booking.
  3. A completed loyalty card is one that contains five initialled panels, identifiable as the initials of a MidCoast Assist staff member.
  4. Loyalty cards must show client name and date of issue (completed by a MidCoast Assist staff member at the time of issue) and will remain valid for 12 months from this date. “Free Travel” must be taken before the end of the 12 months’ validity period.
  5. Incomplete, lost or illegible loyalty cards will be deemed invalid.
  6. Participation to receive initialled panels and/or claim “Free Travel” is the sole responsibility of the participant.
  7. This promotion may be cancelled at any time, in which case any unclaimed “Free Travel” rewards will be forfeited.
